In 2022, I embarked on a journey to deepen my yoga practice by completing a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Cologne, Germany, with a special focus on women’s health. During this transformative time, I discovered the powerful benefits of meditation, incorporating breathwork and various forms of mindfulness into my daily routine. One of the most profound discoveries was sound meditation, specifically using crystal sound bowls. The ethereal tones of these bowls captivated me, and I soon realized their ability to guide others into a calm, meditative state—especially for those who find it challenging to sit still or quiet their minds.
Driven by my passion for sharing the healing power of sound, I became a certified Crystal Sound Bowl Practitioner. My aim is to introduce this ancient practice to our modern world, offering it as a tool to slow down in a society where our worth is often measured by productivity. Sound meditation allows us to pause, find stillness, and reconnect with the present moment.
In addition to my sound work, I have embraced a more dynamic form of movement through Ashtanga Yoga. I completed my Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training in May 2024 in Lisbon, Portugal, and continue to grow as an assistant teacher. Ashtanga has become my daily practice, providing a structured space to return to myself, to observe the present moment, and to breathe through the repetition of the same postures. It offers a powerful contrast to the stillness of sound meditation, balancing yin and yang energies in my personal practice.
I am deeply passionate about sharing these practices with others and helping people navigate the overstimulation of modern life. Through yoga and sound meditation, we can slow down, cultivate presence, and find greater joy in the everyday moments. Let’s explore together how we can bring more calm, awareness, and balance into our lives.
